Whilst one of the staff referrals made did not complete their course of counselling it was not through any neglect on the part of the agency it was purely down to the lack of response from the individual member of staff concerned. Another staff referral made is still benefitting from the counselling received. In all cases the agency has shown a very professional and understanding manner in respect of referrals made.

My experience of using the Kade Consultancy has been of the highest quality. All appointments and communications were done professionally and quickly and I cannot rate the service highly enough. The counselling suite is very comfortable and great care was taken to make sure I felt comfortable and at ease.
I quickly built up a rapport with my Counsellor and felt at ease talking to her about moving forward and feel we worked well together. Our particular case was proving to be out of our league in terms of the specialist nature of the issues we were faced with.
